Thorns

Basically it all started with me being at a event that my youth group holds everyone was running about outside and I was running down this hill hat I recognised for some reason but as I was running and I tripped on like a big sized rock and I got 4 massive thorns in my knees 2 in each like they where the size of £1 coins I some how managed to get up and walk to a set of double doors to be met with a man who just pulled all 4 of them out and the wound they left looked so real and I could feel the pain. (At this point I woke up in real life and checked my knees Because the dream felt so real also if this is has any coronation to the dream in real life I have arthritis in all my joints but mostly my knees)
