Sight- Dead body on side of road

I'm moving on the highway as if I was in a car looking to the left shoulder of the road. I see two cars pulled up behind a police car on the left shoulder. The next second I see two police cars parked by each other. Two or three policemen are standing or crouching by a women's body that is lying down, I realize she is lifeless. The cops are inspecting her and spraying her with something. We continue down the highway. End.
