The floating building

I was on the top floor of a 5 storey building. It seemed like a shopping complex with balconies¹ in the middle of a medium-size hill. There was a river down the hill and a suspension bridge across it. The "shopping complex" was one among many other similar buildings in the town. All buildings were on the same height or below to it. It was pouring the whole day but it was sunny and bright somehow². The building was 7-8 blocks away from the shore of the nearest river. The river was already flooding and the water was gushing through the nearest shores³. It was muddy in colour (which is typical at the time of the flood) and flowing fast from south to north. I would say I was viewing it all from a spectator viewpoint from the west shore and the building I mentioned earlier is in the east⁴. As it was raining, I stood on the balcony of the "shopping mall" and watching it rain. The rain was getting weaker by time but the soil and the road towards all the buildings became so muddy because of the torrential rain. It became slippery that I could see some people just falling down and slipping down from the hill. So as mine. I became so scared as my building might hit with other "floating buildings on mud". Suddenly, my building started moving slightly and I was still holding on to the side rail firmly. Before I thought of getting down the floors of the building through stairs, in the middle; the building started moving faster and slightly rotating to the left. "Ok. This is it". I said in my mind. It all happened all of a sudden that, my building started floating in the mud underneath. The building was moving down the hill creating " a path" in the town like a landslide. It was so fast like a train but sometimes in a circular motion that I could see other buildings standing straight and people watching me with straight faces. I was screaming for help and none responded. What? anyway, the building ended up in the flooded river down the hill and it started surging like a boat or a small ship. I was still holding on to the rails. Then I realised, I am the only one in the building. My building was the only building washed away in the landslide. I had many questions in my mind. How did the building wash away, even though it was 7-8 blocks away from the river? What happened to the rest of the building? I could see the clear path of the landslide from where the building was on the hill before, but no other buildings were on the water. When I was thinking of these questions, my building was still surging with other debris flaws onrushing water near the suspension bridge.
