Outer space with little oxygen

So me and all my friends were like on this spaceship, and something happened where some of us stopped breathing oxygen and instead, breathed CO2, and obviously there wasn’t that much of it, so we all had to cram in this one room where all the CO2 was pumped into, but eventually we found a way where we could walk around the whole ship. Once we could do that, we returned to our normal activities like swimming in a pool, as if nothing happened.
