(I took a nap and did the MILD technique) I woke up and barely could see, my vision was blurry and my head was dizzy. I did a reality check so I did know I was dreaming,but the dream was just blurry and I couldn't stabilize the dream. Then when I went outside it was just pitch black. So I fell backwards and woke up . How do I stabilize a lucid dream?
