the american military was not used for combat, but for music. we trained in synchronized snapping and perfect pitch when we sang. instead of battle scars, we had massive callousness on our fingers (from string instruments). wars consisted of literal music battles. we would sing a song and the other side would literally just sing back and whoever did better won??
