Fighting a customer

I was at work (again). Mon was behind the register, and everyone was a little busy, but they were still helping customers in the midst of doing everything else. A customer came in, a slightly heavy set woman with brown hair and pale skin. She was getting frustrated with Mon because she wanted a deal on something she got, but we didn't have any sales going on and we can't just give people random discounts off. I popped into the situation to help because it seemed they both weren't getting anywhere. I saw she was getting our surprise boxes, and explained to her that it she got one, then got a second one, she would get money off of the second one that she bought. She handed me $300 in $100 bills while I was explaining, and I thanked her, then thanked her again after explaining because I couldn't remember if I thanked her already. Her total came up to 50something, so I gave her $200 back and only needed some change, so she gave that to me and left with her surprise boxes. We were kinda relieved that she left, we don't really like problem customers. I looked at the camera though to just kind of watch her get in her car, and Crystal was behind me watching as well. But instead, the customer did something to the boxes at the back of her car, then started walking back to the storefront. I told Crystal I'd handle it. So the lady comes back in and walks up to the counter, and she asks if we do refunds. She's holding the boxes, which are now open, with no items in them, and they're laid flat. She also has a random blue teapot in hand. I told her no, we don't do returns on the surprise boxes, sorry. She tells me something about her girlfriend not wanting them in the car or something, some long-winded story, and I tell her that I can't do the return and that I'm sorry. I told her, shoot, if you don't want that teapot, I'll take it. So I guess she has a hissy fit about it. Nate is in the corner working on something, so he's knelt down. And she just comes up behind him and starts spray painting the back of his hat gold (I don't know where she got spray paint from). So obviously I'm pissed off because you're not just gonna start assaulting my coworkers because you're mad about a refund, so I just went over and started boxin her shit. Like, really punching on her, pulling her hair, the works. So I'm beating her ass and I end up kicking her out, I'm so wired. But then this couple comes in in the midst of everything, and the wife is holding a baby. We have a strict policy of no one under the age of 18 is allowed to be in our locations, it says it on the door. So immediately I'm like, you can't be in here, you have to take that baby outside. And she starts trying to ARGUE with me that he's just a baby, that's her son whatever. So I just had enough and started boxing her ass too because you're not about to just argue with me, take your kid outside!!! Ngl I think I mightve punched the baby in the face because she was holding him and I felt bad but she definitely should've just left. So I beat her ass and her husband tried to fight me too but everybody just ended up getting kicked out and the couple left. So now I'm just in the parking lot in between the cars. There's cars parked at our building, and a white car parked along the side of the building next to us. I'm just walking in the lot when I hear someone call my name from this bigger car, and it takes me a second to adjust my vision to see who's calling me, and it's Kale! His friends are in the car too, and I say hi, but I move out the way too since I assume they're trying to leave. I keep walking in the lot, but then I see some strange shit. The white car has bloody handprints all over them, and there's another car that looked like a burnt crispy body was sitting in one of the front seats. I looked for the initial customers car to see if maybe she had something to do with it, and she had some big shopvac vacuum looking thing wedged under the back of her car. Kale is out of his car and looking with me now, so I tell him to call the police. We're just walking around for a bit, but then I end up going back into the store to work. No one said anything about anything that just happened, we just worked normally. A regular customer, a really old man named John, was inside of our cash wrap area for some reason. He was talking to me about his foot as soon as I started paying attention to him, he told me he got 3rd degree burns on it. He had his shoe off, and it looked pretty gnarly, but it seemed to be wrapped in a bandage of some sort. I asked him if he went to the hospital, but I think he may have bandaged himself up. He doesn't have any teeth, so sometimes it's hard for me to understand what he's saying. He ended up leaving and things were really settling down throughout the night. We only had a few customers and I think it was almost time to close. I was thinking about it for a while, and I had found a brand new greenish pot and pan set somewhere in the shift, still in the box and plastics, and I thought about maybe coming in early to cook or something because our break room had a stove/oven and stuff. I asked Bree about it, but she didn't really give an answer
