Creatures, save children

I remember best this dream where we were some kind of creatures but with the usual head 2 legs 2 arms, the closest could be primate but not sure. Some different species similar to us was trying to take our children. Both us and this species were similar because of the body type and because we were both able to sort of fly when we jumped - and our jumps were really powerful so maybe that's why it sort of looked like we were flying a bit. Both of us were powerful physically. I don't know if we were furry but they were (grey and black, males). I was a female, a mother I think. I was trying to escape one or two of them. They could sense us wherever we would go. Except one tree in a corner. I think I was able to save my child when I went into that tree. I'm not sure if it was me or another female (furry I think, beige?) but she gave her life to merge and make that tree a place where they couldn't even see us, beyond not sensing us there. So I think we had some spiritual power too.
