Snake attack

There was a poisonous snake in our old home in Beleghata . Parents were there too. The snake was hidden in the large drawing room, but exact location was unknown. Then we saw a mongoose trying to enter the room. We welcomed it. The mongoose drew out the snake and there was a fierce fight. The mongoose was injured. We wanted the fight to pause for some time. Physically we separated them. The snake slithered away in another room, again lost. The mongoose was injured but not dying. We tended to it till it seemed he was fine for another fight. We had to release the mongoose to the room where the snake was holed up. We wanted other family members to be quiet. But Sreelata was not quiet. She constantly kept making lot of noise and wouldn't listen. She was in the verandah and said things like so what the snake is there she has every right to talk loudly. She started talking about her rights.
