(Another) School Shooting

I was at some school where we had just finished taking finals. All of us were sitting on the ground in some room when we heard gunshots outside. There was an active shooter just outside our window and we had to duck down and lay flat on the floor to avoid bullets coming through the window. Police took the shooter down and started to evacuate us. We stood up and started walking out but a girl in front of me suddenly pulled a handgun out of her jacket pocket and began shooting inside the room. I ran and dove over a counter to hide behind it but it was too late, I had been shot in the chest. I lay there trying to breathe until I woke up terrified in bed.
