i killed my friend?? and she came back as a ghost??

last night i had a disturbing dream that my friend and i were playing some weird outdoor game and like i threw something at her and hit her head and she fell down and died right then and there. i felt so bad but then she came back later that day as a ghost but she looked the exact same as she did when she was alive. the thing is she’s a naturally goofy person who laughs at everything but when she came back she was crying through her laughter. for some reason i started asking her questions about the afterlife instead of apologizing for killing her lmao. she said there was a heaven and hell but that’s all i rlly remember
