Ribbon rainbows

I ended up on a pretty familiar place, which was a large parking lot at my town. By the way, the parking lot had a small coffee shop, a small depanneur / 711 and a big condo / apartment. In the dream world, I was in the very same area. So I standing next to this little coffee shop, and I was talking to someone. Sadly I don’t remember who was the person I talked to nor what topic of the conversation was. It was really cloudy with no rain which was pretty normal. Then what happened was that I heard some sounds of distant thunder, I’m trying to describe that this thunder was not close, but muffled and distant. Then what I saw totally made my eyes wide and open. I started to notice rainbows popping up. I don’t mean only one, but rainbows started to appear EVERYWHERE, and in numerous numbers. They all come in different sizes and I see them eastward, westward. Every direction even when the sun was hanging on the west end. By the way, it became sunny after. So at first, the rainbows were faint, but then, it became very apparent and visible, almost to a point where they became opaque. It’s as if you can’t see through the rainbows. Then I soon noticed that the rainbows were not perfect arches and that they are partially folded. It’s like seeing huge bands of ribbon releases into the sky like a giant party popper. I also noticed that these ribbon rainbows were closer then ever, like it became so close that I might be touch if from the roof of the condo / apartment. So I walked towards the sidewalk opposite to the coffee shop to exit the large parking lot after looking at the rainbow ribbons that became spectacular for a moment. And then I somehow went behind the condos. I saw some dead flowers pointing downward or hunched over. There were trumpet shaped purple flowers that were dying. I somehow said moonflower which was the opposite of sunflower. And that is all I can remember.
