Measle kid

I was alseep in my room, and my girlfriend was being kept back at work during her nightshift so she was going to be late getting home. I woke up in the dream and remember hearing wind blowing through the house as if someone had opened the door. I got up and went outside my room and sure enough the front door was open (though the screen security door was closed and locked). I saw that a lot of the windows were open. I then thought that my girlfriend had come home and gone to go sleep on the couch so as not to wake me (which she has offered to do a few times before). I walked down the hallway, and sure enough there she was, resting on the couch. I went to go wake her up to bring her back to bed. As I walked around the other side of the couch, I noticed there was a child (about 2 or 3 years old) sleeping on a fur mat I keep in the lounge room. The child got up and ran over to me. The kid was covered in spots, as though it had measles. It hugged me, and I was horrified that I would now catch the measles. My girlfriend woke up and explained how she found the kid during work, and brought him home. I then awoke from the dream to the sound of my girlfriend getting in late. I was pleased to see that she possessed no child with her.
