Terrorist City Attack

I was in a foreign city, possibly away on holidays. I might have been there for around a week and every night there was a massive party/concert at a multi level car park but it also doubled as a stadium near the beach. The main party was on the top level with subsequent events on the lower tiers. I somehow knew the band or producers playing the events each night and they were horrible to me, I got the feeling I was being picked on or something, one night they got someone from the crowd to join in and I told her off but I can't remember the exchange. I started to question why I went back there each night and I walked out looking for the bathroom. It felt as though I was walking through an expensive hotel trying to locate the bathroom. I got lost and stumbled into a daycare centre that was close. I walked past the miniature urinals and hand paintings and found an adult urinal that looked over the city (the daycare centre was on a high floor in the building). As the sun was rising I saw a yellow and black American school bus with Arabic writing across the side swerving through traffic and causing havoc. From here it seemed like the city went into lock down. I started rushing through the building and ended up in a medical centre where they kept psychotic patients, one of them grabbed something sharp like scissors and started writing something on my thigh. A girl who was in there decided to team up with me and we left the building to try and escape the city. All flights were on lockdown and the terrorists were planning to destroy three tanks holding fuel just offshore from the party from earlier.
