Worm

As I looked I saw a worm removed from the flesh in the face of someone It had burrowed in under the surface without them knowing but it would have been fatal. The worm was taken and destroyed on the ground. Discussion was held on how it got here and it was explained it had burrowed up from deep in the earth.
