In the water up to my waist

I'm standing in a bay with two of the old work computers floating in front of me. I'm trying to fit the keyboards together to create a v shape that holds water. It's so I can make coffee by scooping up the bay water and pouring coffee grounds on it. My friend tries to help to no avail so I instead find a puzzle like flap that fits them together and link them like that. Unfortunately, it still doesn't hold water so I go back to shore. There's a woman leading us almost as if we're on a field trip. We go into a building that reminds me of my grandparents' basement. On the left wall across from where their library was, there's a room with big sliding doors. I open them and go inside. Here, I find a number of double beds pushed against the wall almost like they're set up to watch movies together. I can't sleep here yet because there's something I have to finish first. Like a punishment I have to work off.
