cancer + teeth

i “woke up” in my dream and looked in the mirror. my breasts looked really different and felt weird which made me super nervous. i started stressing about the thought of cancer. i texted everyone i am close to and they just told me to go to the doctor. i was upset that none of them were trying to comfort me i was in my old house and we were about to leave and then i felt something in my mouth. my tooth fell out. when i was holding my tooth and bleeding, my friend screams about my gums. i look in a mirror and my gums turned into this weird, mushy, orange jelly substance that looked like crushed ice. all of my other teeth started to get black spots.
