Getting an apartment

Was at this apartment complex that had brick on the outside and really nice yards with lush trees. It seemed it was in a good location. It was sunny but about to rain. My friend Ann was there and we were touring the place. The rooms were kinda small but looked really nice. There was 4 or 5 floors and about the middle balcony had these super tiny gardening spots. They had room numbers. She had one with tiny plants that would bloom into cupcake flowers. We were back at my house and we decided to go in together. Then I was signing a long receipt for some party catering and part of it got smudged by my mom.
