Waking myself up

I am staying at Suz’s in the middle floor guest room. I keep waking up out of my body. At first I don’t realize but eventually I learn to feel the mattress topper and blankets around me while I’m “up”. After getting up but not getting up a few times Suz walks into the room. I walk beside her but she can’t see me. Well she can see me laying on the bed. The kids come in and everyone is trying to wake me up.. My eyes are open but I look like a zombie. With no soul. I’m up and somewhat talking but it’s not really me. Somehow my body makes it to the floor as I stare souless. This starts to scare me so I get on the floor with myself. When I see myself my body starts freaking out as if I’ve seen a ghost or I’m having a seizure. I give myself a hug and instantly I’m back to life trying to explain everything. Being my true self felt so good. Like a breath of fresh air. (A separate section of the dream involved a school bus with really high hills and steep hills while I was on it)
