Couldn't call 911

I was driving by Long John Silvers and this teen with a backpack on kept walking out in my lane trying to get hit by someone, and I almost hit him. I tried calling 911 but they had a new automated system and I pressed 1 and you had to say a word, but it acted like it couldn't hear me, so I could never get in contact with the police. At one point, I pressed another number but it's like the cop was silent and it was just static but I left the message of the situation. I was so pissed about all that. Shark could talk and was trying to kill me on this island? I had a dream Callie tried to kill herself and was in the hospital. White wolf? I befriended it's somehow and named it Satan? Did the arm thing and a white squirrel came to me and I was like I didn't think I'd get this far and ran and the squirrel chased me. Ran inside and then I pet it through the glass somehow. It followed me everywhere. It was across the street one night and Satan ran at it? I was like,"Satan! Don't hurt her!" And Samantha and Andy were in their porch like tf she sayin about Satan?
