clone in the shower

I was hanging out with some girl at her house. When I went to use the bathroom I saw something bizarre. There was a glass shower filled to the top with water. Submerged in the water was a fleshy blob. It looked vaguely like a fetus, but much bigger. The girl said it was her twin sister. I had this uneasy feeling.
