Fair in the Dark

All I remember is that some random people and I went to the this carnaval thing and it was in complete darkness exept all the rides where neon glow in the dark. I had 75 tickets and me and someone who I dont know went on all the fun rides exept 2 because they would make us sick. then we went on a ride that was supper weird it was a circle that went up and down and that is all I remember.
