Modern Pharoah

In the current day, Egypt still had a Pharoah. Moreover, he was one of the most notorious crime bosses in all the world. He was also somewhat of a superstar. Living a life full of luxuries and wealth such as supercars and drugs. Also, he was somehow above the law, untouchable. I remember originally being briefed on him, being shown a physical file with slides and information on him. [Time passing, dreams interval.] Now, I'm on the run with him and his group from some police or military organization. Possibly privately owned. We're moving all over the city. We just retreated to some large building next to a waterfront. I remember someone, I think a female and some sort of officer saying something along the lines of "We just have to stay on the move. And with the people behind us there's no way they can pin us down." But they did. Outside and nearby we enter a firefight, it's an open concrete area, large steps leading down past a wall, similar to the open space outside the main building in I Robot but with much less vertical incline. I'm holding a rifle and popping off shots individually, I take a couple people out while those around me are doing most of the work. A bus full of baddies pulls up by the road and I move up. I realize I'm holding an automatic and unload on the bus. I wipe most of those inside out. I didn't get everyone though, and I was knocked on my ass by that display. Someone approaches on my right with a handgun raised. I aim and take a couple shots, but they both miss to either side of him. Then my gun jams. As I start to panic Pharoah comes up on my left and takes him out, and gives me a hand. [Time passes.] I'm in a room with the Pharoah. I think we're in some sort of safehouse, there's a refrigerator to my right. We're talking about the Pharoah from a point of view of what he is and what his role is. I'm not sure but I think I was going to assume his role in the future. I say "What if the Pharaoh followed the law?" As I open the refrigerator. "Like following the speed limit?" He says. I nod yes, while imagining the Pharoah humbly following the speed limit in his red Ferrarri, it was ridiculous. "You still don't get it, do you? You're missing the whole point." He seemed about to explain something important, but then my alarm went off and the dream evaporated. Literally, that's how I imagined in my minds eye.
