Crowded tour group

The family was back in Iceland (was there several weeks ago) and were in a tour group. The purpose of the tour was to see geological formations and because the tour appeared to take place in someone’s (absolutely enormous) house, I took my own pace and stayed behind to watch an educational video on the topic. In came another tour group and they seemed to be high school kids and the group was huge. I wasn’t too concerned and got out of the tour what I wanted. It ended in an open kitchen and living room where maybe 100 people were sitting. I had ingredients to make Indian food, which I was excited to make, but at the end was looking frantically for the paneer I had seriously JUST placed on the counter.
