Shots fired at FDC

I was out back of FDC at night and thugs were hanging out. I think there was a shooting. I had someone else's phone, tried to call 911, couldn't get thru the menus to get to a person. as I tried to get around to the front of the building, someone took the phone. I started saying "I didn't see anything". At the building entrance, a bunch of people were waiting just inside. I went downstairs, Rachel showed up just behind me. pulled out a cigarette. I said "boy could I use one of those right now" and pulled a mostly full pack of cigarettes out of my pocket and put one in my mouth and then put it back in the pack. Rachel made a comment about me not needing to drive us home, and I said "I hope not".
