Unusual sleep paralysis

So I had a series of dreams and in between, I'd "wake up", struggling to keep my eyes open and I can't move my body. I've had sleep paralysis before where some unknown entity sits on top of me, sometimes choking me but this time, there was nothing but just me. It took me awhile to realise that I was in that state after I closed my eyes and I was in another place. This went on for I don't know how long and so I decided to break away from the paralysis. The first time I thought I broke it, it seemed so real, I got up and did my usual routine and then I realized, the people I encountered in the hallway didn't have any faces, I checked again and the hallway changed. After that, I "woke up" again and forced myself to move my toes. I successfully move them but I was still paralysed. I got frustrated and then I saw a pixelated fly on my wall. I thought to myself, if I can slap that, I'd probably wake up but I got tired. One thing I should add, whenever I close eyes, I get transported to another place so I was struggling to keep them open but I got tired so I transported again. After another dream, I'm back to my room and this time, feeling so determined, it felt like I was leaving my body. I could feel my head getting lighter but it was weird because instead of seeing myself getting up, I see myself still lying down and as soon as I did that, something was pulling me back in and then everything went black and I found myself in another setting again. I saw my family watching a movie in the theatre and I don't know why I felt that I was dead at that moment. I wanted to go near them but I can't. it's like I was watching them through a screen. again with the feeling that i died, I'm not really expressive with my feelings but this time, I was telling them how much I love them and asking for forgiveness for everything like it's the last time I'll see them and vice versa. after that, I woke up at exactly 1200 as I checked my phone right after. I felt hot and my heart started hurting. it's been a long time since I got heart pains and I don't know. it felt like I came back from death. I
