My boyfriend became best friends with my dad

So, my dad and I got into this huge fight. Like, a huge one. We wouldn’t talk, and he still thought he was right. So, my I asked my boyfriend Drake if he would mind talking to him, maybe helping out. He agreed, and got into the car with my dad. Then the dream skipped to me walking out to ask how it was going, and Drake got out and showed me their text messages- why they were messaging, I have no idea. I just can’t remember what it was. Then it showed them running to a door, except my dad wasn’t my dad, he was Raymond Holt from Brooklyn nine nine. They knocked on the door and then ran doing the ding dong ditch.
