Fish and Snakes

I’ve been having this dream off and on for weeks. I walk into this room full of glass tanks and aquariums. I see that along with the fish swimming in the aquariums there are drowned ball pythons. As well as some dead in the waterless glass tanks, seemingly from starvation. Upon closer inspection I notice that some of the pythons in the aquariums aren’t yet dead and trying to eat the fish. I want nothing more than to rescue the fish but I fear letting the pythons out so all I can do is sit and watch, hoping for the snakes to die. I usually wake up hot and sweaty, feeling absolutely exhausted afterwards. Dead snakes in dreams are meant to be good omens but this dream feels awful.
