New job & odd occurences

I was working at the grocery store when nick had me close by putting some returns away I said sure I put them away.Right when i clocked out I got an unexpected call from the gas station at night asking me if I could work tomorrow I was a little shocked considering I’d just got out from work I went to the gas station as a got a call from my mom saying she got some food. I went home the wondering how odd it was not give my boss 2 weeks notice. I woke back and headed to gas station as it was combined with a Ready clinic there was this one nurse assuring her patients of how the process works
