car ride "with" friends

im in some dirty city and theres this group of grey tabby cats with a kitten that im following, they climb up these railing things at an abandoned greenhouse and i go outside and see this red glow. i follow it and theres three very deformed human things floating, long arms, kinda robotic waist and face, tits out, legs cut off, and they chase me down until a timer goes off, everytime i told a lie or wasnt truly honest they would chase me. i can see a timer at the lower middle part and saw myself in third person. i can fly during the chase and so could they, at one point when the chase was over im at a car dealer place thats empty but run by this lady that kind of looks like my dads sides grandma. she offers to help me with some transition and we go to a building. everything has muted colors, a damp muddy green, greys blues, except red is very bright. like a horror game. were at an office that gives benefits to "homosexuals and transsexuals" that was written on the sign, but it wasnt very well made because it was for people who already transitioned and only for them. im helping two friends go through the process, one is tracer?? from overwatch??? and one is an old classmate who hasnt transitioned yet. tracer goes to the bathroom after she registered and was waiting to be called, but right after she left she was called to the counter. i said that im gunna go and get her. the bathroom is all the way on the other side of a mall, i run after the bathroom signs and finally reach the bathroom, its very very dark and empty. i hear tracers blink and shes fighting something, we think we cant catch up to her but she accidently blinks back towards us and we tell her she was called. she goes there and comes back and says she got it, but another friend said they had to lie that they had a vagina in order to be accepted (this friend looked to be my boyfriend but im not sure?) we go walk down a road and im in call with my boyfriend, we say that genji should join our call and play games with us sometime?? were in the big city but now i have to head home, i can see yokohama landmark tower from where i am so i assume im in tokyo even though the city i was in looked very american. im in my car in the back, i usually sit in the front though.., and theres alot of strange buildings. im on discord with my bf and im saying what i see like a building made of pipes, one that looks very old like it was from an ancient civilization, everything has alot of greenery. its alot brighter than the city and vibrant and pretty. we pass a large hill being terraformed and i see for some reason they dug it bottom to top, theres a long slab of dirt protruding out of the hill thats still left. right before we go into a tunnel i see the slab of dirt start to break off and float down. i explain it to my bf that it was like at least as big as a soccer field that fell, and i jokingly said its minecraft in real life. someone else joins our call and its neal, i tell him im on a car ride. were going up a hill and i worry this hill is being terraformed too. theres a big spa-like building at the top and my dad parks and we wait for our other family members in the parking lot. i look at the forest nearby because were so up high, something feels weird. like the hill is sinking. the trees at the bottom of the hill look like theyre rising up. i get in the car again and my dad drives down to where a beach is because the hill is also kind of an island. the water level is disturbingly high up. we drive back up and theres alot of supply trucks parked. we park closer this time and my great aunt is there saying our room is in the corner. the rooms are all open to the outside and have long tables on a tatami sitting area. we sit down and were served food. someone is explaining that this food is all very symbolic and what we eat first will tell us what our life will be like. i ate the noodles first and was told my life will be stronger.
