A palm reader checks my hand

I don’t know where, but I come across a palm reader. It’s a man in his 60-70s. He checks my left palm and I can see it clearly from above. Looking at the multiple parallel 1cm lines that are underneath my pinky finger, more or less says “oh you’re gonna have many many many!”. And I’m like “what?! Children?”. The guy says “the family lines are at the bottom and you only have one”. Looking at the bottom left of my palm, I see a 5mm vertical line, all alone and I know that means NEP. “Can this change??” I ask, because I wanna know if more lines meaning a bigger family, children can appear. The palm reader is annoyed, like I’m wasting his time while he got stuff to do and says “do you WANT it to change?! I don’t understand how you people can waste so much time believing this bs!”. I’m confused! He’s the palm reader… why is he saying that?? Maybe because I’m fussing too much over my future!
