defending my job to gordon ramsay

my kitchen job was on the line... corporate was doing an audit, l was sorting through anchovies and quality assessing them (we don't even have anchovies irl) then GORDON RAMSAY walks in. i have to prove myself to keep my job, i have to recite every ingredient, every step of how we make our main dish... and i did great. i still got fired.
