Skyscraper and Dragon

I was in one of the World Trade Center buildings. The building was starting to collapse. I was on one of the lower floors. I was with someone else, but I don’t know who he was. We were trying to go up to different floors. We needed a key to use the elevator. We found a key, so we were going to the upper floors to warn people. Nobody was taking us seriously. There was a woman sitting on a huge dragon and she was laughing. Finally, the elevators died. We had to use the stairwell. JM was calculating the amount of time before the building collapsed.
