Chase is adopted

I don't really know how it started, I think I was getting a ride home from my boyfriend; but then he turned into my friend chase and he just kicked me out of the car 5 minutes away from my house. So I started walking home, but then he appeared back out of the woods and took me to a house near mine which was "his house" but obviously I know he lives else where. There was this old woman in there and I asked "is this your grandma?" he explained to me that his parents adopted him and his real mom was this Canadian woman who had him at 16. She also had this wooden thing that was supposed to resemble a graduation cap and looked like it was supposed to hold canes but she never explained the purpose of it and neither did chase. After they messed with it a bit I tried to put on my glasses, I don't know why they were off, but they were actually his glasses BUT he doesn't wear glasses so they were actually my boyfriends. Soon after all that chase walked me home and that was it.
