The One With Fat Tito Martin

Tito Martin comes to visit for the first time since I’ve had the twins. When I see him, I say something about how he’s going to cry. Everyone watches as I walk up to hug him and he breaks down sobbing. As he hugs me, I notice he’s gotten super fat. At some point, he starts carrying me around like a baby … I’m in what appears to be someone’s basement when Renee walks in with an Elvie breast pump sticking out the bottom of her shirt. I ask her what she’s doing and she smiles and says, “I’ll tell you later.” At some point, she pulls out a little folder full of photos of Milton. Some have been written on. Later, we end up in a bedroom talking about how she’s apparently pregnant, but the doctor said it’s not going to make it. She seems surprisingly okay with this, but I have the urge to tell her that I know what it’s like for a pregnancy not to work out. I wonder if the medication she’s on was bad for the baby.
