A sick person walks to the toilet

I'm at my uncle's backyard. I see grandfa walks reelingly to the toilet, he's wearing a dark blue shirt. I tell my father to check on him but he doesn't do anything, he's not wearing shirt on. I feel scary that he may die in there. Then my grandfa walks out of the toilet and looks normal again.
