Giant eye monster

I was fighting a giant dragon thing with a huge eye that would detach from it. I was using a sword with a shield which could change to a massive sword with charged power. Eventually after fighting for some time it began limping and I followed it into the final area. It wasn’t there when I arrived but it’s 3 eyes were. I had do kill the eyes 3 times and eventually it retreated into the locked doors. Upon following it in I discovered a changing room and couldn’t figure out where the eye went. I got flustered because only 5 mins was remaining. A man pointed me to a mans pockets by the urinal and I kicked it sending the eye flying. The time expired and I failed the quest.
