pregnant sister in law

My brother Jaime and his wife araceli came to visit and I almost forgot to shake her hand since I didn't see her at first and she was pregnant which I didn't question and I saw they bought some goodies which they left on the kitchen table and when I shook aracelis hand to greet her I had to do it with my left hand cuz I had done something with the other and then she held on to my hand because she felt the baby do something and I thought maybe she was about to have it then I had to help araceli to the bathroom for some reason and she was thankful for it
