Sudden allergic reaction

So in this dream I was on vacation with my family and some extended members. At some point the left side of my face starts to swell to the point it’s hard to breath. I’m taken to the hospital (my bag with all my stuff was left at an auditorium with my family but we will get back to this) and at the hospital they put an oxygen mask on to help get me air (guess it’s not bad enough to intubate) while they are putting in an IV to administer Benadryl and steroids I notice all the welts and hives on my arms. I was so distracted by my face and not being able to breath I never noticed my arms. Some of the welts/hives looked like tiny bruise colored mushrooms growing out of my skin. Within minutes of the meds being given I can see the hives go down and my breathing gets better. The doctors of course have no idea what caused this sudden reaction (I’ve never had anything like this in real life either) after I’m released from the hospital I go back to the hotel my family is staying at and realize the cannabis in my bag is missing. I then go back to the auditorium AGAIN to find it next to this older couples seats. I try to causally grab the bag without them noticing but the guy is like “oh I wondered who owned that” then the lady just goes off on me “your a disgrace, smoking marijuana makes you a lazy criminal!” I then flash my medical device attached to my body and say “I have a chronic illness so STFU” and walk away. She’s suddenly like “oh I didn’t know! You poor soul” The other thing I remember from the dream is going on a cruise ship with my family that was designed to look like Pokémon (squirtle and bulbasaur) lol
