Cutting Flax

I saw a bunch of flax guy and someone was showing me the way to cut it across the green as it was easy to switch with the green they put it near another leaf and use the edge of one leaf to cut the edge of another and to my surprise because it really well so I could cut the length and the width really evenly and accurately.
