Snitching on Halloween

My old friend Kate was doing drugs and selling them at her high school. All her friends knew and so did one of my best friends. I couldn't lie for her anymore so I told my mom and she and I went to the principal to tell her. It was Halloween so I came to school dressed as Minnie mouse. There was an Assembly that day and they started calling out names for stuff and secretly asking me if they were involved in the drug scheme and I told them I only knew about Kate. Eventually they took her into custody and everyone was mad at me. I started crying as I went back into school. I tried to explain to people that I was just looking out for her but they didn't really care what I said. Finally at the end of the day my mom took me to my friend's Halloween party, but for some reason tonight was her brother's party and the next day was hers. We all went to my old elementary school and saw a good tree to make tree braids out of and started weaving.
