Drinking champagne outside a burning building

My mother and I were in our house when she says by the window that she sees a house on fire. I go to the window and see a house smoking. I tell her someone must've called the fire service by now and that we're not in any danger cause our house faces the nearest street which is maybe a 10 minute walk away. The she gave me a stupid look and said "uhhh check again" I studied the houses and turns out we're in the same street just opposite each other. We go outside and get in the car. Someone is outside the house in a dressing gown, probably the owner. We decide to move the car to the other side of the street at a safer distance away, by this time there was a flickering yellow glow in the windows. The street was narrow and one way so we had to drive down pedestrian steps to loop back around. We park and get out and see a white clothed table with chairs and a few people around it. I sit at the table and they welcome me merry and tipsy. They pour me a flute of champagne as they face the burning building. A man accidentally breaks the base of someone's champagne glass and she starts yelling at him. The rest of the dream was listening to them bicker and getting them to be ok with each other with no thought of the house that was inflamed next to us
