kidnapper fattening me up

i was home alone and outside at my house and suddenly this stranger appears. i told him to leave but he wouldn't, and he threatened to kill me if i tried to leave. he "set up camp" outside where i was and i couldn't really do anything or go anywhere. if i reaches for my phone he would know, and i couldn't run because my driveway is LONG and i live in the country, so the houses are really spread apart. he brought a whole bunch of food like he's been planning this for weeks, and was literally camping out at my house with me captive. he brought a bunch of cakes and cereal for ME and would only allow me to eat just that. after a day i was feeling very sick, i tried to hold off until eating but i was hungry. too much cake and cereal made me want to puke. the next day, he was getting a cake ready for me to eat. it was the full thing, like a birthday cake it had complete frosting and design. it had a rich interior and looked like he was actually trying to treat me. he was turned around with the cake and that's when i made a risky decision. i shoved his face into the cake hard and threw his chair at him. i made a run for it down my long driveway. he started chasing me when i got to the end of it, and he was FAST. i ran across the street to my neighbor, who was old and slow but the closest house around. i kept banging on her door worried that he was going to kill me before she opened it. as soon and she opened it he was standing behind me, knife against my throat, threatening to kill me if my neighbor told anyone or called anyone or did ANYTHING. and that's how the dream ended.
