The Alien Invasion

I am in my collage's parking lot, there is a training lesson of some sorts going on. My classmates and I are training with wooden swords and shields. One of my friends isnt feeling well, he stumbles and falls. I offer to take him to the nurse's room. We put down the wooden swords, however i still have the shield strapped to my arm. We walk through the parking lot, guards with guns stand guard around the pillars of the parking lot,suddenly one shouts "Take cover!" I look around frantically, a white cuboid objects sails out sky and lands 20 meters off on the road. Instinctively i pull my friend down to a crouch as i crouch beside him, my shield covering us as time slows down to a crawl. It seems like a minute has passed till we hear an explosion and a wave of heat just washes over us, making the breath in my lungs evaporate. Everything is silent and i slowly put the shield down and see a big crater, chunks of burning pavement scattered around the parking lot, i cant hear anything. My friend and I start running, i dont know where too but we do, we look behind us and see more bombs being dropped on the city. We turn a corner and freeze, a blue portal opens up and out comes a marching troop of aliens. Their armor is grey plated, their faces hidden behind glowing red grills, their arms clutching massive guns. We duck behind a trash can as they walk by before we continue to run away. We end up in the city center facing a big glowing blue orb, above the orb is a timer for two hours, ticking down, we know that this bomb will blow up the entire city. My friend and I hop into his car, the super bomb in the back seat. We speed off to the coast, its not long before the aliens discover what we are trying to do. A squadron of aliens decend upon the car, and that is when I wake up.
