Foreign money

I was trapped in my bfs house and i had to go to his room to download something to get out. Then i was driving with my bf and someone else in a car and we met in an accident. so we were hurt really bad. I then remember this competition of having to eat the rest of an ice cream in front of everyone for money which was in dollars. I saw a child playing in ice and then my guy friend had really long hair and was getting it done in this weird place.
