Can I work as a teacher?

This is a very very short one. All I remember was that I received a notification in twitter that my high school teacher replied on my classmate's tweet. The tweet was about how my classmate will be a teacher soon and she might teach Filipino and mentioned reading Noli Me Tangere in junior year. In a previous dream, I replied to that tweet with "nosi balasi" and I don't even know why I did that. My high school teacher replied with I should also apply in RHS and a smiley face. I finished IT in uni and I never liked the idea of being a teacher because I suck at explaining things even for my classmates, but I got excited from of that tweet maybe because it was from my former teacher crush. Now I'm thinking she probably meant that I apply as an IT staff and not necessarily as a teacher or whatever.
