King Charles and the Hospital

I was working at the hospital. It was supposed to be St Vincent's, but it was actually the royal palace for King Charles. There were a two little girls running around. It was the middle of the night. King Charles and Camilla slept in separate rooms. I didn't know where to go, because every room had people in it. The children were trying to show me around. I went in one room that was a man with very large fake breasts. He wanted us to touch them. I went to a different room. A woman in a nurse's uniform was there. She said I should lie down and look at my foot. I looked down at my left foot, my big toe had a lot of fungus on it. I managed to somehow scrape off the fungus, but there was a hole in my toenail. I went to Walgreens to get some anti-fungals. I went to the register, two older men were working. There was a bulletproof partition. I asked them where the anti-fungals were. Scott was standing behind me, a few people back. He was getting angry and said I was taking too long. I got mad and left. Suddenly, I was in the white van with JM and Will. We were rolling around downtown Rock Island. It was fall, and the colors on the trees were beautiful. I asked JM to stop at a church where the colors were amazing, so I could take a picture. He got upset and said it's too cold to do that, I said "It's 61, it's not that cold, and it's Saturday, I'll be unable to do it on church Sunday". He still wouldn't stop. We went to Walmart. I wanted to get a pink jacket, but they were way too big. A black man came up to me and hugged me, said he knew who I was. There was going to be a parade in downtown Rock Island, and JM wanted to go.
