Racing game

My dream started in a racing game with go karts. There was also avatars called Miis from Nintendo. These avatars drive the go karts. There was also a special power in the game. When the special power is charged up You can unleash it and it will make a spot on a floor. If someone else touches it they slow down. If you touch then you get powered up. So we were racing and I won the race
