Confused & Paralyzed

After I have dreamed of meeting my cousin who didn't seem to exist, I woke up. However, I realized that my room wasn't exactly my room. The room look dark and there is only one tiny window in the corner of the room. The first thing I see was that the tree was blown away by the strong wind. I was shocked & tried to move in order to make sure that my parent are safe. However, I can't move because I'm paralyzed. Suddenly, the branch was flown through my window which shattered the glass & I became terrified but still can't move. I looked on the left & I could a shaking hand which I immediately thought it was my mom being injured. I was very worried & shocked, so I manage to move my arm in less than a minutes in order to save her. But like I said, I still can't move until I managed to lift the weight of my arm & reached her. Then, I woke up in the middle of the night again.
