This dream starts out following a working father who just became a huge VIP in the company and is now worth a lot of money. He comes home to his drunk wife and teenage daughter and says that it's time to go on a road trip. The dream switches to me, I'm a heroine who has to get to the ruler of the underworld, therefore I'm at the entrance. As I arrive the lights surrounding it go out, and I see a good soul go to the underworld. I also discover there are trees that living things can't touch. If you touch them, the tree will hold you down by folding itself over you, and the top of the tree has multiple heads which will bend down and try to kill you. Later on, I accidentally lean on one, all the lights turn off again, and in my confusion, and it traps me. I try to wrestle my out and I do slither out a little bit, but not all the way, and just as it's about to kill me one of the heads says "this one?" and a female head replies "no, this one. over here." and I see that family trying to disguise themselves as a couch (tucking themselves in to look like couch cushions), maybe 8 feel from me. The heads stab the mom in the back with their teeth, she dies instantly and the heads retreat, having done their job. I come up to the now broken family and tell them to leave. The man is laughing and says "I taste liquor" and laughs, so does his daughter, and I realize it's a joke about the mom, and he just tasted her blood. At this point I realized the man is also completely wasted, and I'm not sure about the daughter. He walks away with a comically large pizza in his hands (he was like a mouse to it).
